A few common questions

We don't — and it's intentional. Reserving every appointment lets us give each guest the full time and care they deserve. WhatsApp us and we'll often find you a same-day slot if you're in a hurry.
Two to five days ahead is comfortable for most services. For sculpted sets, bridal bookings or weekend slots, a week's notice is wise. We always try our best for last-minute requests.
Cash, EFT and instant transfers (e-Wallet, FNB Pay-to-Cell). Card payments coming soon.
Absolutely. The lounge is small but social — we host bridal parties, birthday duos and quiet pairs all the time. Let us know your group size when you book and we'll arrange the space accordingly.
Yes — beautifully presented vouchers for any amount or specific treatment. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and quiet thank-yous. WhatsApp us with the details and we'll prepare one for you.
We ask for 24 hours' notice on cancellations or reschedules. Life happens — and we'd rather know in advance so we can offer the slot to another guest. Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit on future bookings.
